BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Alright folks…this week’s “Repeat Felony Offender” is one of those that makes you scratch your head and go “what the hell was she thinking?”

This week’s “Repeat Felony Offender” is brought to us by my main man Izzy from “H.I.T. The Streets,” who while out on patrol observed a vehicle with extremely dark window tint, that was occupied by 2 people.

While talking to the driver, Celina Silvestri, K9 Deputy Peter Stead and his K-9 partner,

“Victor” responded to the scene and conducted a free-air sniff on the vehicle.

After K-9 Victor responded with his unique signal for “oh hell yeah they got dope”, our Deputies searched the vehicle and subsequently located an asthma inhaler in the center console.

When they asked the occupants of the vehicle who had asthma, Silvestri gave the most frightening of responses…”that’s my daughters and I was taking it to her.” What makes her response so frightening, is that stuffed inside of her child’s inhaler was a small bag containing fentanyl.

Are you kidding me, you put a bag of the most deadly drug known to man, in your child’s inhaler and trust the bag to not spill fentanyl inside of it? The same device that your child needs to breath, you put fentanyl into it, are you insane?

Even better, or worse is more like it, Silvestri was already out on felony bond for possession of cocaine, and has a previous conviction for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

So here we are once again with criminals out of jail on bond so they can put others lives at risk. When are we as a society going to learn to keep criminals locked behind bars so they can’t victimize anyone else?

Folks, you could sit up all night and you still couldn’t make this kind of stuff up, but the good news is, that we seized the substance before it could put her daughter’s life at risk and Silvestri is now enjoying the less than stellar accommodations at “Ivey’s Iron Bar Lodge” which is right where she belongs.
