June 25: America the Beautiful Concert with Space Coast Symphony
Summer wouldn’t have the same sizzle without a patriotic concert by Space Coast Symphony Wind Orchestra. This red, white and blue concert will honor all those who have worn our nation’s uniform. Thru June 26: Sense and Sensibility at Melbourne Civic Theatre
Melbourne Civic Theatre presents a playful new adaptation of Jane Austen’s beloved novel. Follow the fortunes (and misfortunes) of the Dashwood sisters—sensible Elinor and hypersensitive Marianne—after their father’s sudden death leaves them financially destitute and socially vulnerable. Sense and Sensibility examines our reactions, both reasonable and ridiculous, to societal pressures.
