Field of Dreams is sports complex and playground for children under 12 and people with disabilities

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Fellowship of Christian Athletes recently began an All-Abilities pillar to support people of all ages with disabilities and is holding an event on Saturday, May 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Space Coast Field of Dreams, located at 3053 Fell Road in West Melbourne.
The Field of Dreams is an all-accessible sports complex and playground for children under 12 and people with disabilities.
This is a free event, open to the public, for people of all ages with varying disabilities.
“We’ll have several sporting events, games, corn hole, face painting, T-ball, playground, food trucks, etc., and plenty of volunteers and coaches to help the participants,” said Cory Jackson, a volunteer with the Brevard County Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
“We are also trying to spread awareness in the community and connect people with local available resources. We’ll have local vendors to share their services and will have an opening ceremony at 10:30 a.m., where we’ll present the colors and kick off the event.”
