Commissioner Nikki Fried Proposes Lightning State Capitol Orange to Honor Memory of Parkland Victims
At Wednesday’s meeting of the Florida Cabinet, Florida Department Commissioner Nicole “Nikki” Fried proposed that the lights illuminating the Florida State Capitol building glow orange during the week of February 10th to honor the memory of the 17 students and staff lost in the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School massacre almost one year ago.
