BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – The Cocoa Tigers advanced to the FHSAA 2S State Championship game after defeating Bradford 31-21 on Friday.
The FHSAA 2S State Championship game will be played on December 9 in Tallahassee at Gene Cox Stadium.
The Tigers punch a ticket to the state championship for the second straight season and will face off against Florida State University High School in the title game.
Senior quarterback Blake Boda led the way with two touchdown passes.
Key players such as Cedrick Hawkins and Anthony Bridgewater found a way to get in the endzone on Friday as well.
