The U.S. National Weather Service in Melbourne is projecting more colder temperatures on the Space Coast as temperatures will plunge below 50-degrees tonight.

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The U.S. National Weather Service in Melbourne is projecting more colder temperatures on the Space Coast as temperatures will plunge below 50-degrees tonight.

It will be mostly clear overnight with winds around 5 mph.

The Cold Night Shelters will be open tonight at LifePointe Ministries Inc. in Titusville and HELPS Community Initiatives, Inc. (HCI) in Melbourne.

NOTE: The shelter opens at 5 p.m. and closes the following day at 8:30 a.m.
