BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Florida Tech men’s lacrosse Collin Stewart has been named the Sunshine State Conference Men’s Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week.

This is his first SSC player of the week award for the season and the second of his career.

The Westminster, Md. native recorded nine goals and seven ground balls over two games. He finished the week with 17 shots, with 11 on goal, for a .647 shooting percentage.

The junior tied his career-high with five goals, including three man-up goals and two ground balls, as the Panthers defeated Emmanuel 26-8. Stewart’s three man-up goals tied the single-game man-up goals program record, which was set on March 9, 2013, by Andrew Conley vs Mount Olive.
