Mosquito Control Overnight Spraying Scheduled for Dec. 8 in Brevard County

Brevard County Mosquito Control has continued efforts for prevention and control throughout the county and enhanced spraying efforts in response to Hurricane Nicole.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County Mosquito Control has continued efforts for prevention and control throughout the county and enhanced spraying efforts in response to Hurricane Nicole.

Brevard County Mosquito Control will be conducting aerial spraying overnight Thursday, Dec. 8 in western portions of Cocoa and Melbourne.

Spray scheduling is approximate and may be delayed due to weather or other factors.

Brevard County Mosquito Control continues to conduct daily truck spraying, mosquito and disease monitoring, and other public health protection measures as a result of significant increases in standing water and mosquito activity related to Hurricane Nicole.
