BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Military Officers Association’s Cape Canaveral Chapter (MOAACC) held an award luncheon at the Indian River Colony Club on April 18, and 19 cadets from Brevard County military-affiliated units were recognized for their good academic standing, their high moral character; and have demonstrated both a high degree of loyalty to their unit and country, as well as exceptional potential for military leadership.

The cadets were presented with a MOAACC achievement certificate and medal. In addition, the JROTC cadets each received a $300 grant from donations made to the MOAACC Good Deeds Foundation to assist with college enrollment or the pursuit of a military career.

Sea Cadets and Civil Air Patrol Cadets received a Certificate of Military Merit and a MOAACC challenge coin.
