BREVARD COUNTY • CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – SpaceX is ready to launch their second Falcon 9 rocket in three days as the launch team prepares for an early Sunday morning launch from Cape Canaveral.

Launch window opens at 12:25 a.m. ET and will close at 2:26 a.m. ET.

The rocket will launch a SXM 8 satellite for SiriusXM.

The satellite will replenish SiriusXM’s fleet providing satellite radio programming to consumers across North America.

Following first-stage separation, SpaceX will attempt to recover the booster engine on drone ‘Just Read The Instructions’ stationed in the Atlantic ocean.
