FHP: PEDESTRIAN WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE HOSPITAL

The pedestrian killed in a fatal crash on Sunday has been identified as 53-year-old man from Cocoa.

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – The pedestrian killed in a fatal crash on Sunday has been identified as 53-year-old man from Cocoa.

The investigation has revealed the crash happened at 7:20 p.m. near West King Street and Clearlake Road in Cocoa.

A vehicle driven by a 34-year-old Cocoa woman was traveling eastbound on SR-520 when the pedestrian walked across the path of the vehicle.

The pedestrian later died at Rockledge Regional.

The crash still remains under investigation.
