BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – In this week’s episode of “Cookin’ Up Justice” with Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey, the sheriff highlights a 12-year old cold case involving the homicide of 22-year old Mark Stewart.
In the early morning hours on May 19, 2006, 22-year old Mark Stewart was riding his bicycle home from a friends house.
Later that morning, Stewart was found dead near the roadway of Old Dixie Highway in Titusville.
The investigation revealed that Stewart died as a result of a homicide.
Any persons providing information in reference to this case may be eligible for a reward up to $5,000.

This week, Sheriff Ivey visits “Joan’s Perfect Pie” located at 1478B Highland Ave. in Melbourne. The location is tucked away on a quiet courtyard in the center of the Eau Gallie Arts District.
