BCSO ‘SCUMBAG ALERT’

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Okay folks, we need your help in locating these two violent suspects that literally tried to beat a man to death in a local bar in Cocoa Beach.

The incident happened on the 12th of this month when the victim got sucker punched from behind and literally knocked unconscious by Jermaine Simpson, while he was distracted by Simpson’s partners in crime, Thomas Busby and Regginald Jones.

As you can see in the video…the victim fell unconscious to the floor at which time all three subjects begin to pummel him with their fists, kick him in the head, and even strike him over the head with a pool cue. The victim had to be taken to a nearby hospital for significant head injuries and trauma.

As a result of the incident, BCSO Agents obtained “No Bond” arrest warrants for Busby, Jones, and Simpson, for Attempted 2nd Degree Murder following their violent actions and attack on the victim.

Busby was taken into custody early yesterday morning on his warrant and to be quite honest, should have never been out on our streets as he was out of jail on bond for an out-of-county warrant for Conspiracy To Traffic In Fentanyl.

Why someone who is involved in trafficking that deadly poison is even given a bond is beyond me, but hey what do I know?

If you know where we can find the other two “tough guys” please let our Fugitive Unit know so that we can go kick in their front door and snatch them off the street before they can brutally victimize someone else.

They were tough enough to brutally beat an unconscious and helpless man in a bar, but are hiding like cowards from us.

Both Jermaine Simpson and Regginald Jones are currently wanted for Attempted 2nd Degree Murder, so if you know where we can find them, please go to Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS, send us a tip on our smartphone app, or simply send us a private message on Facebook so that we can get the information to our Fugitive Unit.
