Message from Sheriff Wayne Ivey
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Had a chance to hang out with Corporal Durham, Sgt. Maggett, Deputy Wilson, and Lt. Denardo earlier today as they made sure that our Day Shift Corrections Team had plenty to eat on their break while working on Christmas Day.
Junny and I got to try some of the incredible food while we visited with everyone today as numerous team members brought in tons of side dishes and desserts and Corporal Durham personally cooked up ham and jerk turkey for the crew!
Trust me when I tell you that it was all delicious and the ladies did such a great job making it special for their team.
I truly can’t thank all of our Corrections Team, Patrol Deputies, and of course, our guardians in the Comm Center, for all they are doing to keep our community safe on Christmas Day.
