Brevard Fire Station 42 Crews Extinguish Boat Fire On Banana River Off Merritt Island

Brevard County Fire Rescue Station 42’s crew extinguished a boat fire on Merritt Island in the Banana River  Thursday afternoon. According to BCFR officials, there was one occupant removed by a fellow boater and there were no injuries. Assistance was provided by BCSO, Canaveral Fire, FWC, and the U.S. Coast Guard. The Coast Guard is coordinating the cleanup. […]
