King Center for the Performing Arts Completes Most Successful Season in 31-year History

The King Center for the Performing Arts on the Melbourne Campus has completed the most successful season in its 31-year history. More than 125,000 patrons attended performances that pulled in about $3.8 million in ticket sales. The King Center’s endowment also rose to $7.8 million, an 8.5 percent increase.

The Propeller Club at Port Canaveral will host a luncheon on Wednesday, November 7, at 11:30 a.m. at Cruise Terminal 1. Following the luncheon, Port Canaveral CEO Capt. John Murray will give his “State of the Port” address. This will be held upstairs at Cruise Terminal 1.

Florida Pain Institute Will Present Pain Management Community Lecture Series Sept. 27-28

Florida Pain Institute will present a two-day community lecture series in honor and support of Pain Awareness Month. The seminars are set for Thursday and Friday, September 27 and 28, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Holiday Inn Melbourne – Viera, located at 8298 N.
