Vic is truly a friend to all, and a great leader, who will be deeply missed by me, our entire agency, and the community.

Vic will always be remembered for his commitment to this agency and of course his love for the Boston Red Sox. I didn’t say he was perfect, just a great guy.

Please join me in congratulating Vic for his incredible efforts and the mark he leaves on our citizens and this agency. Congrats my friend, enjoy your retirement.
