ABOVE VIDEO: Authorities arrested a driver who was driving 115 mph on SR 50 in Brevard County with six passengers in the vehicle that included a two-year-old and four-year-old.
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Folks, driving 115 MPH on S.R. 50 just inside the Brevard County line clearly demonstrates that you have zero common sense, but driving 115 MPH on S.R. 50 just inside Brevard County in a five seater passenger car with seven people in it who were not wearing seatbelts, well that my friends makes you an inmate at “Ivey’s Iron Bar Lodge.”
Oh and by the way…two of the seven passengers were a two year old and a four-year-old who were sitting on the laps of other children who were not buckled in seatbelts as well.
Now you’re probably saying to yourself “who on earth would do such a moronic thing,” so let me introduce you to Justin Espinal who apparently forgot he was leaving Orange County and driving into Brevard County where we take your butt directly to jail for such behavior.
And not only was he driving like a complete fool, but Espinal was also driving with no driver’s license, and when I say “no driver’s license,” I mean none, zippo, zilch, like not ever in his entire life has he had a driver’s license.
The incident occurred this past Tuesday afternoon when Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Motor Units were working traffic on S.R. 50 near the Orange/Brevard County Line.
Deputy Patrick Arquette clocked Espinal at 115 MPH as he entered Brevard County and then observed him weaving in and out of traffic as he turned his marked patrol vehicle around to try and conduct a traffic stop.
As you can see in the video, Deputy Arquette was later assisted by another member of our Motor Unit, Jason Lewis as they cuffed and stuffed Espinal for Reckless Driving and Driving With No Drivers License.
The good news is that we had vacancy at the “Iron Bar Lodge” for our little speed demon, who will now either learn to drive like a person with actual common sense or at the very least to not drive in Brevard County.
Espianl’s actions not only put the other six passengers in his car in extreme danger but also every other car and it’s occupants that were on the road that day. I could not be more proud of Patrick and Jason for the action they took as they most likely saved lives by getting Espinal off the roadway.
