BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard Public Schools hosted a total of 42 student teams from 36 schools district-wide participated in the 6th annual Destination Mars design challenge.

Throughout the event, these teams engaged in addressing five distinct mission areas, showcasing their innovative ideas and solutions for sustaining life and operations on Mars.

“Special thanks to Brevard Educational Technology and Curriculum & Instruction for hosting as well as The Boeing Company for their generous sponsorship,” said a Brevard Public Schools spokesperson.

“This year, Destination Mars was truly out of this world!”
