Message from Sheriff Wayne Ivey
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – On Wednesday, Junny and I had the pleasure of participating in “National Walk And Bike To School Day” along with students, teachers, and parents, from the Viera Charter School.
The event takes place every year and is designed to bring awareness to how children should use safe routes everyday as they walk and bike to and from school.
I would like to thank everyone who walked their children to school with us this morning and also thank Robert Jordan and the staff at Viera Charter School for inviting me to walk with their students today as we all work together to keep everyone in our community safe.
