Cocoa Tigers 4-Star Wide Receiver Jayvan Boggs Commits to Play College Football at Ohio State

boggs has 48 receptions, 779 yards, and 14 td's through six games

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – Class of 2025 4-star wideout Jayvan Boggs announced his commitment to play college football at Ohio State University via social media on Monday.

This season the 4-star receiver has 48 receptions, 779 yards, and 14 touchdowns through six games.

Boggs told Space Coast Daily sports editor Juan Rodriguez, “I’m coming to work and be another superstar WR to come out of Ohio State.”

The class of 2025 receiver chose OSU over multiple programs including Penn State, the University of Florida, and UCF.

According to 247Sports Boggs was recruited by Ohio State University offensive coordinator, NFL veteran Brian Hartline. Hartline has become one of the top recruiters in college football and a “wide receiver guru” after developing multiple NFL first-round draft picks.

The defending State Champion Cocoa Tigers are 5-1 as they travel to Titusville this Friday.
