Eastern Florida State College’s Men, Women Soccer Teams to Compete for National Titles in Kansas

Titans are the only school with both the men's and women's teams ranked top four

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Eastern Florida State College is one of six colleges that will have both the men’s and women’s teams competing for a national title in Wichita, Kansas next week.

The Titans are the only school with both the men’s and women’s teams ranked in the top four and are top seeds in their bracket of pool play at the NJCAA Division I National Tournament.

The men’s soccer team received the No. 2 seed after finishing off a 15-1 season with a win in the Southeast District Championship in Virginia last weekend. The men are in Pool B with No. 7 Tyler Junior College and No. 11 seed Murray State.

The men will open the national tournament on Sunday at 1:30 p.m. EST against Murray State.

The women’s soccer team is the No. 4 seed at 11-3-1 and will play in Pool D with No. 5 seed Tyler Junior College and No. 9 seed Barton Community College.

The women will take the field at 6:30 p.m. EST against Barton on Sunday. Then on Tuesday, it will be a battle with Tyler Junior College.

The men’s soccer team will play Tyler at 1:30 p.m. EST with the women’s soccer team facing the Apache at 6:30 p.m. EST.

All of the games at Stryker Sports Complex will be shown live online at the NJCAA Network for $12 per day or $20 for the championship pass which does not include semifinals and finals which will be shown on ESPN+.

Admission to Stryker Sports Complex is $15 per day and $50 for the season pass which can be purchased online here.
