Eastern Florida State Women’s Basketball Moves Up to No. 8 in Latest National Poll

Titans have won 19 straight games

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Eastern Florida State College women’s basketball team moves up to No. 8 in the NJCAA Division I national poll released on Monday.

The Titans, who are in the top 10 for the second straight week, have won 19 games in a row and are now 20-3 overall and 15-0 in the Citrus Conference.

Hutchinson Community College moves up into the No. 1 spot with Gulf Coast State College second, Collin County Community College third and Northwest Florida State College is No. 4.

Pensacola State College is No. 14 in the poll with Chipola College ranked 24th.

Eastern Florida State College is also No. 3 in the NJCAA Region 8 coaches poll released earlier on Monday.

The Titans will host Santa Fe College on Tuesday night in a Citrus Conference matchup at Titan Field House. The game will begin at 5:30 p.m. and admission is free.
