BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Eastern Florida State College women’s basketball team moved up one spot to No. 22 in the latest NJCAA Division I poll released on Monday.

The Titans, who are now 3-3 on the season, will travel to Edward Waters JV on Wednesday before opening the Citrus Conference schedule Saturday at Daytona State College. Eastern Florida State College has been ranked in the top 20 in all four weeks this season and in 10 straight dating back to last season.

Northwest Florida State College remains No. 1 in the national poll with Collin County Community College second and Butler Community College third. Gulf Coast State College moves up to No. 4 with New Mexico Junior College rounding out the top five.

Overall, five teams from Region 8 are ranked in the Top 25 in the poll.

Eastern Florida State College will return to Titan Field House on Monday for a Citrus Conference matchup with Santa Fe College
