EFSC Womens Basketball Coach MJ Bake, Amelia Hassett to Participate in 3-on-3 All-American Games

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Eastern Florida State College women’s basketball player Amelia Hassett and head coach MJ Baker will participate in the Inaugural NJCAA 3-on-3 All-American Games at the WBHOF Hall of Fame Induction Weekend.

Baker will coach one of the teams while Hassett was selected as one of the top 32 sophomores in the NJCAA and will play in the NJCAA AAU 3-on-3 All-American Games as part of the WBHOF Weekend this weekend in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Hassett was named to the third team NJCAA Division I All-America Team, making her one of the top 32 players in NJCAA Division I women’s basketball.

The teams will practice on Friday before the games will begin at 2 p.m. On Saturday, the women’s basketball Hall of Fame inductees will be introduced and the NJCAA players will get a chance to ask them questions.

At 2 p.m. the NJCAA and AAU championship games will be held and then at 5:30 p.m., the induction ceremony will begin for the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame.

Baker led the Titans to their third straight NJCAA Division I National Tournament appearance and has won the last 45 conference games.
