Florida Tech Swimming Teams Recognized by CSCAA with Spring 2023 All-America Team Honors

24 women on the Florida Tech swim team combined for a 3.33 GPA

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Florida Tech men’s and women’s swimming teams were named to the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America Division II Scholar All-America list for the Spring 2023 semester.

Teams were selected on the basis of their Spring 2023 team grade point averages and represent 17,445 student-athletes.

The CSCAA selected 714 teams across all three NCAA Divisions, NAIA, and NJCAA schools to the Scholar All-America Teams.

The 24 women on the Florida Tech swim team combined for a 3.33 GPA while the 30 men bumped up their GPA from the fall semester as they combined for a 3.20 GPA.

Both men’s and women’s teams also earned CSCAA Scholar All-America honors for the Fall 2022 semester.

The Sunshine State Conference was the only conference in all of Division II to have its men’s and women’s swimming teams earn CSCAA Spring 2023 Scholar All-America honors.
