BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office will close Courtenay Parkway (SR 3) from Grove Boulevard to East Merritt Island Causeway (SR 520) and Merritt Avenue east to Plumosa Avenue at 9:15 a.m. on Saturday, December 2, until approximately 12:30 p.m. for the Merritt Island Holiday Parade.
The traffic will be re-routed to Tropical Trail, SR 520 and SR 528. Motorists wishing to drive through the area are cautioned to allow extra time.
