BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Palm Bay Mayor Rob Medina presented a proclamation in honor of Water Conservation Month during the City Council meeting on Thursday.

The Palm Bay Utilities Department was proud to receive this proclamation.

It kicked off Conservation Month with a splash by introducing community members to their new mascot, Bob Sprinkel.

Palm Bay Utilities Department was honored to recognize Pineapple Cove Classical Academy 8th grader Ryla Crotts, the visionary behind and creator of Mr. Sprinkel.

PBUD thanked Ryla for her outstanding creativity and imagination and for being the architect of the new face of our department.
