BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – The Palm Bay Police Department would like to congratulate Lieutenant Steve Bland on his retirement.

He has served the City of Palm Bay for over 28 years.

During his tenure, Lieutenant Bland served as a Patrol Officer, Tactical / Street Crimes Unit, Special Operations Division, Special Investigations Agent, Patrol Sergeant, Youth Services Sergeant, Public Information Officer, SWAT Team Commander, Uniform Services Division Lieutenant, Criminal Investigations Division Lieutenant, and Training and Recruiting Lieutenant.

“He is one of a kind and will be missed by all! Thank you for your dedicated years of service to our community, Lieutenant Bland,” said Lt. Bland.
