Well folks it’s time for this week’s episode of “Methed Up and Found Out” as last night BCSO Agents arrested Christopher Farbsten for being “Methed Up!”

So our story starts with Farbsten who was out “mething around” on Dordon Drive in Melbourne, when Agents from our Special Investigations Unit conducted a traffic stop on him.

As the blue lights came on, ole’ Farbsten probably said to himself…“why in the world are these guys mething with me?” At least that is what a normal person would say, but since Farbsten is a frequent flyer at “Ivey’s Iron bar Lodge,” he knew exactly why they were mething with him, and in fact he was methed with just a few weeks earlier when Agents arrested him for Trafficking in Methamphetamine and took him to the Lodge where he was held on a “No Bond” status.

Of course, Farbsten later got the bond set at $52,000 and quickly got out of jail, cause he ain’t mething around with staying at the Lodge.

Oh well, never mind the fact that Farbsten was just in jail for mething up, lets get back to the story, as being the intelligent drug dealer that he is and a recent graduate of the National Institution of Drug Dealers, Farbsten knew he done “methed up” as he was holding a significant amount of meth in the front of the vehicle.

Being expertly trained in the art of narcotic detection avoidance, Farbsten quickly put down the passenger window of his car and threw out a plastic bag containing 20 grams of methamphetamine. As Farbsten leaned over the center console and threw the bag, Agents observed his actions and then looked at each other and said “man that’s methed up!”

As Farbsten leaned over the center console and threw the bag, Agents observed his actions and then looked at each other and said “man that’s methed up!” Agents subsequently weighed the contents of the baggie and determined it was 20 grams of a substance that field tested positive for Methamphetamine. As Farbsten was taken out of the vehicle, Agents also observed drug paraphernalia in the area of the center console and took him into custody. Farbsten admitted to his actions and told Agents that he knew he was mething up and got scared so he threw the bag out the window.

Agents subsequently weighed the contents of the baggie and determined it was 20 grams of a substance that field tested positive for Methamphetamine.

Since we don’t “meth around” with drug dealers here in Brevard County, Farbsten was transported to “Ivey’s Iron Bar Lodge” on once again, a “No Bond” status for Trafficking in Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On a positive note, Farbsten was able to use his frequent flyer miles at the “Iron Bar Lodge” which qualifies you for a framed booking photo, relatively new shower slides, a longer towel that wraps around your torso, and one of our newest guest amenities, pick your cell mate, which as you might imagine is a luxury that is only available at resorts such as the Lodge.

It never ceases to amaze me that some people have never gotten the memo that if you meth around in Brevard County you’re gonna find out, as if you don’t think we will lock your butt up for being a drug dealer…just “Meth Up and Find Out!

Another great job by our Agents and team as they work hard everyday to keep our community safe!
