BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Six-time UFC world champion fighter and UFC Hall of Fame member, Randy Couture, will be coming to Brevard County for the 2nd Annual Space Coast Ride for Our Troops. Couture will be arriving Thursday, November 16, and headlining four events over three days.

He told me that after visiting with soldiers and family members he realized how much help was needed, so “we stepped up and filed for 501 c3 status so we could not only raise awareness but also raise some funds to take some pressure” from Veterans and their families during difficult times.

I also talked with Priscilla Crawford, the Administrative Coordinator for XCGIF Space Coast Events. She told me, “We are really excited to be having Randy on the Space Coast again for the 2nd Annual Space Coast Ride for Our Troops. This year Extreme Couture GI Foundation (XCGIF) volunteers and our amazing community sponsors have created 4 events as part of our ‘Operation Space Coast’. We really hope to beat our fundraising total from last year and are happy to be able to help so many veterans in need.”

Crawford went on to say, that proceeds for the Mindset Seminar, only, will be shared with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
