View Solar Eclipse at Titusville YMCA Monday April 8

Open to the Public with Limited number of protective eyewear available

“Through The Eyes of NASA” The Titusville YMCA will be holding a special viewing of the partial solar eclipse on Monday, April 8, 2024, from 12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Special protective eyewear (limited number available) will be furnished. Register in advance through the Titusville YMCA Facebook page or the link HERE.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Monday, April 8, 2024, will bring a rare site to Brevard County. A partial solar eclipse will be seen, weather permitting, from approximately 1:48 p.m. – 4:18 p.m.

Maximum peak time will be approximately 3:04 p.m. The Titusville YMCA will be hosting an eclipse viewing during these times that will be open to the public. Please register in advance, as there will be a limited number of protective eyewear available.

The view will be at 2400 Harrison Street at the Titusville YMCA Outdoor Field. You are encouraged to bring sunscreen, lawn chairs/blankets, and snacks. It is estimated the view from Titusville will be approximately 70%.
