BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – The Titusville Fire Department, along with Brevard County Fire Rescue crews, responded to a structure fire on 105 Lagrange Avenue on Wednesday morning.
According to officials, crews were on scene at approximately 3:18 a.m.
“On arrival, heavy fire was showing from a single-story duplex,” said a Titusville Fire Department spokesperson.
“Personnel were advised that all were out of the residence and were accounted for. Multiple handlines were deployed and the fire was knocked down in approximately 15 minutes.”
According to fire officials, the unit of origin is a total loss, with extensive water damage noted to the adjacent unit.
One occupant was assessed and transported to a local hospital in stable condition. An investigator from the Bureau of Fire, Arson & Explosives Investigations responded to the scene and the cause is under investigation.
There were no additional injuries reported.
