BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office has named 42-year-old Ulysses Jerome Harper Jr. BCSO’s Fugitive of the Week in this week’s edition of “Wheel of Fugitive.”
Harper is wanted for two warrants: Violation of Probation reference Burglary with Assault or Battery and Violation of Probation reference Simple Battery.
He was last seen in the Palm Bay area.
Harper currently has no bond.
