The Melbourne Beach Police Department is attempting to locate Missing/Runaway juvenile 13-year-old Lochlain Ballard, who was last seen Monday morning at 9:08 a.m. when he left his residence at Shannon Avenue and Andrews in Melbourne Beach. (MBPD image)

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE BEACH, FLORIDA – The Melbourne Beach Police Department is attempting to locate Missing/Runaway juvenile 13-year-old Lochlain Ballard, who was last seen Monday morning at 9:08 a.m. when he left his residence at Shannon Avenue and Andrews in Melbourne Beach.

Lochlain is 5-foot-5-inches tall, weighs 105 pounds, has a thin build, with dark brown hair and brown eyes. HE was wearing khaki shorts with maroon pinstripes, blue t-shirt, socks and no shoes.

Anyone who may have information about the whereabouts of Lochlain Ballard is asked to call the Melbourne Beach Police Department at 321-773-7212.
