BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – A group of four Brevard Public Schools administrators submitted a presentation proposal about the best practices aligned with the Florida Educational Leadership Standards.
Out of 84 presentation proposals, their group was 1 of 19 selected to present their presentation proposal at the Florida Association of School Administrators Discover ’24 Conference on June 11, in Orlando.
Their proposal titled “Pathways to Success: Mentor, Learn, LEAD!” aims to elevate mentorship for new administrators, unlock leadership potential, foster growth, and create thriving educational environments.
“Congratulations to Lisa Higham of Professional Learning and Development, Courtney Shiffrin of Pinewood Elementary School, Jessica Mostowski of Viera Elementary School, and Kathy Hamilton-Brown of Suntree Elementary School on an outstanding accomplishment,” said Brevard Public Schools officials.
