BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA BEACH, FLORIDA – Cocoa Beach Police say a passenger who was injured in a fatal crash that happened on New Year’s Eve, has died from her injuries on Wednesday.
Police identified the woman as Jenny Renee Golden, 50, of Cocoa Beach.
Mark Christian Vannicola Jr, 36, of Merritt Island, who is current in custody at the Brevard County Jail has been charged with an additional count of DUI Manslaughter and Vehicular Homicide.
This is still an active investigation.
