For the past 5 ½ years, Jon worked alongside Lynnette Hendricks at Florida East Coast Real Estate, Inc. as a Broker Associate and later Managing Broker.
“Lynnette and I are good friends, we always will be,” says Santy, “I have a tremendous respect for Lynnette and I truly enjoyed working with her office, it was just time for me to put my own team together and Lynnette has been super supportive,” Santy adds.

He holds the record for the highest residential sale ever in Cocoa, Florida at $2,027,000 in 2022. He is an affiliate of LuxuryHomes International, a business development coach, a Florida Notary Public and one of the Top 300 real estate producers in Brevard County.
“Luxury is a service, not a price point and my team sells a variety of properties throughout Brevard County with real estate professionals from Palm Bay to Cocoa, beachside, and soon as far north as Titusville,” says Santy. “Our mission is to provide exemplary service to every client, no matter the price point, the home or the property.”
