For the past year, Jon Scott Santy has been assembling a team of real estate professionals whom he trusts implicitly and who bring value to his team and clients.
In October, he launched the Atlantic Group. A smaller, customer-centric, boutique real estate brokerage with dynamic and powerful marketing strategies, skilled negotiations, and with a track record of successful sales.

Jon began his real estate career in 2004 as a real estate agent and has held the titles of Executive Director of Marketing and Communications, Business Development Director, Trainer/Coach, Broker Associate, and Managing Broker for several successful real estate brands up and down the East Coast of North America.
For the past 5 ½ years, Jon worked alongside Lynnette Hendricks at Florida East Coast Real Estate, Inc. as a Broker Associate and later Managing Broker.
“Lynnette and I are good friends, we always will be,” says Santy, “I have a tremendous respect for Lynnette and I truly enjoyed working with her office, it was just time for me to put my own team together and Lynnette has been super supportive,” Santy adds.
Santy is a Guild-Level Member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing® in Dallas, Texas and he’s a Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist. A consortium of carefully vetted, luxury real estate brokers throughout the world who have met or exceeded strategic sales and educational requirements.
He holds the record for the highest residential sale ever in Cocoa, Florida at $2,027,000 in 2022. He is an affiliate of LuxuryHomes International, a business development coach, a Florida Notary Public and one of the Top 300 real estate producers in Brevard County.
“Luxury is a service, not a price point and my team sells a variety of properties throughout Brevard County with real estate professionals from Palm Bay to Cocoa, beachside, and soon as far north as Titusville,” says Santy. “Our mission is to provide exemplary service to every client, no matter the price point, the home or the property.”
