Eastern Florida State College Accepting Applications for EMT, Paramedic Programs Through March 10

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Public Safety Institute at Eastern Florida State College is recruiting for its upcoming Emergency Medical Technician program.

The deadline for applications is March 10. Intake is scheduled for March 19 by invitation. Classes begin on May 13, 2024, and run for 12 weeks through the summer.

All prospective students must complete the online application for admission to Eastern Florida State College and the separate online application to the Public Safety Institute.

The program is designed to train individuals for entry-level positions in emergency medical and first responder services. Graduates can also gain certification that will allow them to continue their education in fire service or paramedics.
