Titans have won seven straight games
BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Eastern Florida State College men’s basketball team has moved up to No. 14 in the NJCAA Division I National Poll released on Monday.
The Titans have won seven straight games and are 19-3 overall and 7-1 in the Citrus Conference.
South Plains College is ranked first with Mineral Area College and Barton Community College round out the top three. Daytona State College is ranked fourth with Vincennes University rounding out the top five.
Region 8 has five teams in the top 25 as Northwest Florida State College is ranked seventh with Chipola College No. 19 and Florida Southwestern is ranked 21st.
Eastern Florida State College will play No. 21 Florida Southwestern on Wednesday night in Fort Myers in a battle of top teams in the conference.
Then on Saturday the Titans will be back at Titan Field House to play St. Petersburg College at 4 p.m. The game will be shown live on WEFS-TV, channel 9 or 455 on Spectrum, 68 on DirecTV, 30 on Dish and 68 on AT&T Uverse.
