BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – National Weather Service is advising beachgoers from entering the surf on Monday due too high risk of rip currents at the beach today.

For Monday, temperatures will climb into the 80s this afternoon as south winds gust 25 to 35 mph at times.

A cold front approaching this evening could spark isolated showers or a lightning storm.
