Viera Hawks finished the 2023 season 5-4
BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – Viera High School promoted interim coach Tony Gulla as its head football coach on Monday.
Gulla was originally named interim head coach after former head coach Shane Staples was relieved of his duties amid a locker room hazing incident early last season.
He spent seven seasons as the offensive coordinator and offensive line coach at Olympia High in Orlando.
On the Space Coast, Gulla has spent time with the Palm Bay Pirates and the Heritage Panthers offensive staff.
The Viera Hawks finished the 2023 season with a 5-4 overall.
