Palm Bay Police Arrest Suspect in Shooting Incident That Left Three Dead, Two Hurt Saturday Night

Palm Bay resident Te-Shawn Clive Taylor, 26, is in custody after an incident in which three people were shot and killed at an apartment complex Saturday, according to the Palm Bay Police Department.

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Palm Bay resident Te-Shawn Clive Taylor, 26, is in custody after an incident in which three people were shot and killed at an apartment complex Saturday, according to the Palm Bay Police Department.

Taylor was charged with premeditated first-degree murder and two counts of attempted first-degree murder – and was being held in the Brevard County Jail with a No Bond status.

According to Palm Bay Police Lt. Virginia Kilmer, the incident happened about 9 p.m. Saturday night and officers were called to the 2700 block of the Woodlake Village Apartments where they discovered three people dead inside the home.

The victims were identified as Lisa Suglam, 31, Angella Suglam, 60, and 79-year-old Stephen Suglam. Officers also found a 15-year-old in critical condition and Gary Taylor, 59, who was injured but not in critical condition.

According to police, Taylor fled the scene after the shooting and Palm Bay police officers found his vehicle on Babcock Street with the assistance of the Melbourne Police Department.

According to police, the shooting motive appeared to be domestic-related.
