Newly named company ‘Marine Towing of Port Canaveral’ acquired assets from E.N. Bisso and Son, Inc and Seabulk Towing Holdings

BREVARD COUNTY • PORT CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – Marine Towing of Tampa and E.N. Bisso & Son, Inc. recently executed and closed on an Asset Purchase Agreement to which Marine Towing of Port Canaveral acquired the Port Canaveral operations and assets associated with Bisso’s acquisition of Seabulk Towing Holdings, Inc. ship assist operations in Florida.
