New Brevard County Fire Rescue Viera Fire Station 49 Now Under Construction On Bower Lane

New fire station will improve response times for businesses and residents

W+J Construction will work with The Viera Company and Architects RZK, Inc. to complete a new build for Brevard County Fire Rescue Viera Fire Station 49. Located in the southwest area of Viera on Bower Lane, this future station will improve response times for existing and new businesses and residents of the area. The 8,921 square-foot, single-story fire station will be home to an apparatus bay, bunker room with a lieutenant bunker room, a day room as well as training, and an exercise room. BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – W+J Construction will work with The Viera Company and Architects RZK, Inc. to complete a new build for Brevard County Fire Rescue Viera Fire Station 49.

Located in the southwest area of Viera on Bower Lane, this future station will improve response times for existing and new businesses and residents of the area.

The 8,921 square-foot, single-story fire station will be home to an apparatus bay, bunker room with a lieutenant bunker room, a day room as well as training, and an exercise room.

Completion of the new Viera Fire Station 49 is slated for mid-2024.
