The Legislative Session concluded in Tallahassee and as a result, key legislation for Florida’s business and real estate community was enacted in several areas. You can join the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast for an overview of the new laws and the changes imposed as a result of key bills and learn how they will impact the future of the Space Coast.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Legislative Session concluded in Tallahassee and as a result, key legislation for Florida’s business and real estate community was enacted in several areas.

The event will be held Monday, July 24 at Hotel Melby in Downtown Melbourne at 801 E. Strawbridge Avenue.

For public parking near Hotel Melby, we suggest the Melbourne City Hall parking garage:

The Melbourne City Hall parking garage is located at 900 E. Strawbridge Ave., across the street from Hotel Melby and next to City Hall. It is free to park in the City Hall garage. There is a 3-hour limit on the first floor of the garage and in the parking lot area, otherwise, it is unlimited.

A crosswalk offers convenient access the hotel.

For additional public parking near Hotel Melby: Street parking near the hotel is located on E. New Haven Avenue.

Hotel Melby’s parking garage is Valet Service only.
