BREVARD COUNTY • ROCKLEDGE, FLORIDA – Rockledge Raiders 4-star football player Jaylen Heyward, ranked No.1 in the nation at the safety position on ESPN’s latest class of 2024 prospect rankings, committed to the University of Central Florida on Tuesday.

Heyward verbally decommitted from the University of Georgia back in July.

In his 27 career games at Rockledge, he tallied 83 total tackles and five interceptions.
