Rockledge Police Detectives Seek Shooting Suspect After Cocoa Man Was Fatally Shot at Hammock Harbor Apartments

Rockledge police officers discovered a Cocoa man who had been shot in a SUV on Sunday evening in the parking lot of the Hammock Harbor Apartments off St. Andrews Drive. According to the police spokesperson, officers discovered Israel Ramos Loredo, 22, of Cocoa, in a black Yukon SUV who had been shot.
