Rockledge police officers discovered a Cocoa man who had been shot in a SUV on Sunday evening in the parking lot of the Hammock Harbor Apartments off St. Andrews Drive. According to the police spokesperson, officers discovered Israel Ramos Loredo, 22, of Cocoa, in a black Yukon SUV who had been shot. He was then transported to Rockledge Regional Hospital where he was pronounced dead. […]
