The Florida Highway Patrol reports that four people were killed Tuesday evening in a semi-truck vs. pickup truck crash on Interstate 95 in Titusville. According to Florida Highway Patrol Lt. Kim Montes, the victims included Juan Magana, 30; Jose Magana, 38; Jose Magana Guil; 58, and Jaime Magana, 50.

Florida Highway Patrol Reports Two Killed in Trike Motorcycle Crash on U.S. 1 in North Brevard

The Florida Highway Patrol reported that two people were killed in a trike motorcycle crash on U.S. Highway 1 at Mirkwood Street on Sunday afternoon at about 4:50 p.m. According to Florida Highway Patrol spokesperson Lt. Kim Montes, the victims included a 72-year-old man and a 59-year-old woman, both from St. Cloud, Florida.

FHP: 66-Year-Old Satellite Beach Man Standing On Pineda Causeway Struck, Killed in Fatal Crash

A pedestrian was struck and killed in a vehicle crash on the Pineda Causeway and Tropical Trail about 6 a.m. Monday. According to Florida Highway Patrol Public Affairs Officer Lt. Kim Montes, the victim, who has not yet been identified, is a 66-year-old man from Satellite Beach.

The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV), with its division of the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), advises all motorists that beginning October 1, motorists can be stopped for not operating a motor vehicle in a hands-free manner in a designated school crossing, school zone or active work zone area.
