Future Fit uses WB-EMS (Whole Body Electro Muscular Stimulation) to give you the equivalent of 4 1/2 hours of hard training in just 20 minutes. You’ll feel better and see results in as little as six sessions.

The Mayo Clinic revealed a new study demonstrating that Whole Body Electronic Muscle Stimulation (WB-EMS) is an effective method for improving health in individuals and is an accepted form of overall wellness, pre-habilitation, and rehabilitation.

The study was conducted on 41 patients in a randomized controlled study over 16 weeks using miha bodytec medical wellness equipment, the leading commercial manufacturer of WB-EMS medical wellness equipment.

A Fit body is a happy body. With continued Future Fit sessions, not only will you feel stronger and perform better, your overall health will be improved in ways you never imagined. Reduced cholesterol, boosted metabolism, stronger heart, and increased lung capacity are just a few examples.

Future Fit sessions can be customized to target selective muscle groups or sides of the body, which can play a vital role in correcting imbalances.

Justin Fegers, the trainer at Future Fit, is ready to work with you.

“I started Future Fit after first reading about WB-EMS exercise in January of 2022,” said Fegers.

“I was immediately interested because, like a lot of people, finding time to get to the gym was always a struggle. Add in a couple of young boys and their busy schedules; I’m sure you can relate! EMS Training has allowed me to stay in shape, feel my best, and not have to spend hours in the gym to do it!”

We all know that physical activity helps prevent cardiovascular disease, disability, and death. However, more than 25% of American adults report no participation in leisure-time physical activity.

This includes a significant proportion of elderly individuals who are unable or unwilling to perform regular exercise activities. Whole body electronic muscle stimulation (WB-EMS) training is an FDA-cleared technology that offers a time-efficient, joint-friendly, and customizable method for physical training.

WB-EMS simultaneously stimulates all the main muscle groups using percutaneous electrical impulse transmission.

While preliminary studies have shown increased muscle mass, reduced fat mass, and improved body function in elderly sedentary individuals as a result of WB-EMS training, studies evaluating the role WB-EMS can have on improving cardiovascular health were lacking.
